Estos términos regulan el uso del sitio micontau.com, operado por Mi Conta Universal («nosotros»). Al usar el sitio aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no lo uses.
1. Información general, no asesoría
El contenido de este sitio, incluidas las preguntas frecuentes y la guía gratuita, es solo informativo. No es asesoría contable, fiscal ni legal para tu caso particular. Las leyes, cuotas y plazos cambian, y cada negocio es distinto: antes de tomar decisiones, consulta tu situación con un profesional. Hacemos lo posible por mantener la información al día, pero no garantizamos que esté completa o vigente en todo momento.
2. Relación con clientes
Enviar un formulario, escribirnos por WhatsApp o pedir una cotización no crea una relación de cliente ni nos obliga a prestar un servicio. La relación comienza solo cuando ambas partes acuerdan por escrito el alcance del trabajo y las tarifas. Las cotizaciones son estimados basados en la información que nos das y pueden cambiar si esa información cambia.
3. Tus responsabilidades

- No usar el sitio para fines ilegales, para enviar spam ni para intentar dañar su funcionamiento.
- No intentar acceder sin autorización a partes del sitio o a los sistemas que lo soportan.
4. Propiedad intelectual
Los textos, el logotipo, el personaje Micont@U, las ilustraciones, la guía gratuita y el diseño del sitio son propiedad de Mi Conta Universal o se usan con permiso. Puedes consultarlos para uso personal, pero no copiarlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos con fines comerciales sin nuestra autorización por escrito.
5. Enlaces a terceros
El sitio tiene enlaces a servicios de terceros, como WhatsApp, Facebook o sitios del gobierno. No controlamos esos sitios y no somos responsables de su contenido, su disponibilidad ni sus prácticas.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
El sitio se ofrece «tal como está», sin garantías de ningún tipo.
